REACH-SVHC

Since June 30, 2008, EU chemical Authority (ECHA) has published the first 16 SVHC list, which drawn attention from famous enterprises. Their material suppliers then were demanded to provide basic information and specific content of the 16 substances in products.

The First 15 SVHC List in REACH Regulation

On October 9 ECHA declared at its official website that ECHA Committee Members approved 14 SVHC list.

Early ECHA proclaimed the Annex XV dossier of 16 substances which was submitted by EU Members.

In the meeting from October 7 to 8 ECHA Committee Members approved 14 SVHC list non-controversially. Anther one was also passed by the Committee, but no comments about the substance were received from public. ECHA put the15 substances on SVHC list.
